Biscuits au Nutella fondants

Melt-in-your-mouth Nutella cookies

Delicious soft and chocolatey cookies, ready in minutes!
Ideal for a snack or to accompany a coffee, they will delight young and old alike.


🛒 Ingredients

- Hazelnut & cocoa spread — Nutella

- T45 wheat flour — Francine

- Powdered sugar — Daddy

- Baking powder — Vahiné

- 1 fresh egg


👩🍳 Preparation

- In a bowl, mix 150g of Nutella , 1 egg and 50g of Daddy sugar until you obtain a smooth paste.

- Add 120g of Francine flour and 1/2 sachet of Vahiné yeast . Mix to form a ball of dough.

- Form small balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them slightly.

- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying: the biscuits should remain soft in the center.


💡 Tip

Add some chopped hazelnuts or a melting Nutella center for even more indulgence!
