Quick Cassoulet from the Cupboard

Do you have canned white beans and sausages in your cupboard?
It's perfect for preparing a delicious, quick cassoulet in no time!
🛒 Ingredients
- Firm and tender prepared white beans — Cassegrain
- Sausages with beans — William Saurin
- Tomato paste — Panzani
- Olive oil — Puget
- Herbs of Provence — Ducros
- Fine salt — Noirmoutier Island
- Black pepper — Ducros
👩🍳 Preparation
- Drain the Cassegrain white beans and separate them from the William Saurin sausages .
- In a large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of Puget olive oil . Add the sausages and fry them for 5 minutes over medium heat, turning them occasionally.
- Next, stir in the white beans and 2 tsp of Panzani tomato paste . Sprinkle with Ducros Herbes de Provence , season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Serve piping hot, either directly from the pan or in a pretty casserole dish.
💡 Tip
Replace the sausages with jarred chorizo for a Spanish-inspired version!
