Homemade chocolate dessert cream

Smooth, sweet and delicious, this chocolate dessert cream can be prepared in just a few minutes.
A homemade alternative to store-bought desserts, perfect for those with a sweet tooth!
🛒 Ingredients
- Unsweetened cocoa powder — Van Houten
- Gluten-free cornflour — Cornflour
- UHT semi-skimmed milk — Lactel
- Liquid vanilla flavoring — Vahiné
👩🍳 Preparation
- In a saucepan, mix 40g of Van Houten cocoa , 60g of Daddy sugar and 30g of cornflour .
- Gradually pour in 1/2 litre of cold Lactel milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens (approximately 5 to 7 minutes).
- Remove from heat, add a few drops of Vahiné vanilla flavouring and pour into ramekins.
Allow to cool slightly before placing in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
💡 Tip
Serve with a La Mère Poulard biscuit for an even more indulgent dessert!
