Homemade Breton galette

A typical Breton recipe, simple and delicious, to prepare in no time!
With its buckwheat dough, melting ham and grated cheese, this galette will delight the whole family.
🛒 Ingredients
- 4 slices of fresh cooked ham
- 100g of grated cheese
- 4 fresh eggs
- Sunflower Oil — Heart of Sunflower
- Fine salt — Noirmoutier Island
👩🍳 Preparation
- In a bowl, mix 250g of Treblec buckwheat flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually pour in 50cl of water, whisking until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous batter. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a lightly oiled non-stick pan with Sunflower Heart , pour a ladleful of batter and spread it out.
- When the galette is almost cooked, turn it over, then crack an egg in the center. Add a slice of ham and a handful of grated cheese.
- Cook over low heat until the cheese melts and the egg white is set. Fold the edges to form a square and serve immediately, seasoned with pepper to taste.

Serve your patties with a green salad or some cherry tomatoes for a complete and balanced meal.
