Pasta with Provençal sauce and olives

A great Mediterranean classic ready in less than 20 minutes!
Melt-in-your-mouth pasta, a fragrant sauce, olives and a drizzle of olive oil… the taste of the South on your plate.
🛒 Ingredients
- Tomato sauce cooked with mixed vegetables — Panzani
- Pitted green olives — Menguy's
- Fine salt — Noirmoutier Island
👩🍳 Preparation
- Cook the Panzani pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, pour 2 tbsp of Puget olive oil , then add the Panzani tomato sauce .
- Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, then add the sliced Menguy's olives and a pinch of Ducros Herbes de Provence .
- Mix the sauce with the pasta, season with pepper and serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil.
💡 Tip
For an even more indulgent version, add some grated cheese or some sun-dried tomatoes if you have some on hand.
