Express tiramisu with cocoa and shortbread biscuits

A simplified tiramisu, without mascarpone, but just as delicious!
Ideal for a last-minute dessert, smooth and full of flavor.


🛒 Ingredients

- Shortbread biscuits — La Mère Poulard

- Unsweetened cocoa powder — Van Houten

- Vanilla dessert cream — Yabon

- UHT semi-skimmed milk — Lactel

- Orange blossom flavor — Vahiné

- Powdered sugar — Daddy


👩🍳 Preparation

- In a bowl, mix 10 cl of Lactel milk with 1 tsp of Vahiné orange blossom water and 1 tsp of Daddy sugar . Quickly dip the La Mère Poulard biscuits in this mixture.

- Arrange a first layer of soaked biscuits in glasses or a dish.

- Cover with Yabon vanilla dessert cream .

- Repeat the layers of biscuits and cream, then sprinkle generously with Van Houten cocoa .
Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.


💡 Tip

You can vary the pleasures with Yabon chocolate dessert cream or a little jam for a marbled and even more indulgent dessert.
