Holiday Recipe - Quick Yule Log with Nutella and Shortbread Cookies

A festive dessert that can be prepared without an oven, in just a few minutes!
Indulgent, melt-in-your-mouth and chocolatey, this quick Nutella yule log will be a sensation at the table.


🛒 Ingredients

- Shortbread biscuits — La Mère Poulard

- Hazelnut & cocoa spread — Nutella

- UHT semi-skimmed milk — Lactel

- Unsweetened cocoa powder — Van Houten

- A few crushed hazelnuts (optional for decoration)


👩🍳 Preparation

- Quickly dip the La Mère Poulard biscuits in Lactel milk to soften them without making them soggy.

- Spread a thin layer of Nutella on each biscuit and stack them to form a long roll.

- Wrap the log in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that it sets properly.

- Remove the film, spread Nutella over the outside using a spatula, then sprinkle with Van Houten cocoa and crushed hazelnuts.
Serve chilled and admire the "Yule log" effect!


💡 Tip

You can vary the pleasures by alternating the layers with Bonne Maman jam for a marbled chocolate-fruity version.
