The LFàT Adventure!

Hi there!

We are Saraah and Johann, sister and brother from Brittany (kouign-amann lovers 🧈💛) and founders of La Famille à Table! (LFàT! for those close to us).
Two opposite personalities, but incredibly complementary:
🧠 Saraah, the little sister, the hands-on woman of the duo, the undisputed queen of logistics, the one who runs the warehouse with a masterful hand - and who keeps Johann grounded too, let's be honest.
🎨 Johann, the big brother, the absent-minded creative, always with a new idea in mind (often at snack time) and the sudden desire to taste a Bénédicta pepper sauce again 2,000 km away from France that started it all.
We have always shared a simple conviction: good French products should be accessible to everyone, easily and everywhere.

LFàT!, a family business... for every family!

The first idea behind the crazy adventure of La Famille à Table! came in 2020, during lockdown, driven by the desire to make everyday French products easily accessible worldwide.
And when Johann had an irresistible craving for that famous pepper sauce while living abroad… the idea became a business!
When living abroad, one thing becomes obvious: we miss everyday French products. Not tourist souvenirs or overpriced chocolates. No. The sauces, biscuits and ready meals we know by heart. The ones that are part of our routine, our culture. The ones that become impossible to find abroad or in the middle of the French countryside.
All it took was one thought:
"You know what? Let's send them to the whole world."
And La Famille à Table! was born!

For everyone. Truly.

Whether you are a busy professional, an elderly person who can no longer travel easily, a person with a disability or geographically isolated, living in France, an expatriate or a Francophile living on the other side of the world, or simply someone who wants to enjoy French products without the hassle...
Because carrying packs of water has never been a pleasure, because not finding your favourite biscuits in the local grocery store is a small tragedy, because not everyone has the time (or the desire) to queue at the supermarket, because we have better things to do than chase opening hours, because nobody should have to choose between Whaou! crêpes and living abroad...
We're here for you!
If the postal service can deliver to you, so can we. Even in Antarctica, we promise! (Hey researchers at polar stations, we're waiting for your order 😄).

And this name, precisely?

Why La Famille à Table!? Because for us, family (by blood or by heart) is at the centre of everything.
It is around the table that the best memories are shared, the big news announced, the comforting meals enjoyed and the sneaked snacks eaten.
And who has never shouted across the whole house:
👉 "Family! Dinner time!"
We've all heard that call. And we wanted to give it meaning again - by bringing together the products that bring people together - and we love the idea of being part, even from afar, of those shared moments.
