Hi!

We are Saraah and Johann , sister and brother, from Brittany (kouign-amann lovers 🧈💛) and founders of La Famille à Table! ( LFàT! for those in the know) .

Two opposing, but formidable complementary personalities:

🧠 Saraah , the little sister, the field woman of the duo, undisputed queen of logistics , the one who runs the warehouse with a firm hand - and who keeps Johann down to earth too, let's be honest.
🎨 Johann , the big brother, the creative, scatterbrained guy , always with a new idea in mind (often at snack time) and the sudden desire to re-taste a Bénédicta pepper sauce 2000 km from France which started it all.

We have always shared a simple conviction: good French products should be accessible to everyone, easily and everywhere .

LFàT!, a family business… for all families!

The first idea for the crazy adventure La Famille à Table! came in 2020, in the middle of lockdown, driven by the desire to make everyday French products easily accessible around the world.

And when Johann had an irresistible craving for this famous pepper sauce while living abroad… the idea went from project to business !

When you live abroad, one thing becomes clear: we miss everyday French products . Not the tourist souvenirs or the overpriced chocolates. No. The sauces, the biscuits, the ready-made dishes that we know by heart. The ones that are part of our routine, our culture. The ones that, abroad or in the depths of the French countryside, become impossible to find.

All it took was a click: "You know what? Go ahead, let's send them to the whole world."
And The Family at the Table! was born!

For everyone. Really.

Whether you are an overworked worker , an elderly person who can no longer get around easily, a person with a disability or geographically isolated in France, an expatriate or Francophile living on the other side of the world, or simply someone who wants to rediscover the taste of French products without struggling ...

Because carrying your water bottles has never been a pleasure, because not finding your favorite cookies in the grocery store down the road is a mini-tragedy, because not everyone has the time (or the desire) to queue at the supermarket, because we have better things to do than run after opening hours, because we shouldn't have to choose between Wow! pancakes and a life abroad...
