Product Recalls
The safety of our customers is our priority. When an official recall concerns a product sold by La Famille à Table , we report it on this page.
If you purchased a recalled product, follow these steps:
- Immediately stop all use/consumption of the product.
- Keep the product, its packaging and your proof of purchase.
- Note: order number , batch number (LOT) , best before date , and take photos if possible.
- Contact us via the Customer Service form , specifying “Product recall” and attaching this information.
- Do not ship anything until you have received our instructions.
Support: Depending on the recall notice, we will arrange a refund , replacement , voucher , and/or return/collection . If a return is requested, the cost will be covered by us.
