Returns are not accepted (in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code) for food safety reasons.

Non-food products may be returned provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect resale condition.

Your return parcel must be shipped within 30 calendar days from the actual delivery date or the date it was made available at the collection point.

All returns must be sent to mainland France. The exact return address will be provided when your return request is processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error).

Any customs duties or import fees charged upon return to France are the responsibility of the customer returning the products.

You have two options for returning your order:

• Return using your own shipping label (we will provide you with the return address): you are free to choose the carrier of your choice.
  
• "Return shipping costs advanced": we provide you with a prepaid shipping label to print (we will select the most affordable option based on your departure address and the parcel's size and weight).
  
  If you choose the "Return shipping costs advanced" option, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved by our team, your refund (less any applicable "Return shipping costs advanced") will be processed within 1–2 business days. Your bank should then process the refund within 7–14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to place your order.
