No returns possible (according to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code) for food safety reasons.

Non-food products may be returned if they are in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect resalable condition.

Your returned package must be shipped within 30 calendar days from the actual delivery date or the date it was made available at the collection point.

All product returns are to mainland France. The exact address will be given to you when your return request is processed.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of an error on our part).

Any customs duties/fees charged upon return to France are the responsibility of the returning customer.

You have two options to make the return:

- return with your own label (we will then provide you with the return address): you are free to choose the carrier of your choice

- "advanced return costs": we provide you with a prepaid shipping label to print (we will select the most affordable option based on your departure address and the dimensions and weight of the package)

If you choose the "advanced return shipping" option, the amount of these fees will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Once your return has been processed and validated by our team, your refund (from which any "advanced return costs" will have been deducted) will take place within 1-2 business days and should be processed by the banking institution within 7-14 business days.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used to pay for your order.
