La bande de contention cohésive ELASTOPLAST adhère sur elle-même et est très flexible. Elle permet un soutien et une contention des articulations et des muscles.

Mode d'emploi :
1- Dérouler une longueur suffisante pour permettre à la bande de se détendre.
2- Appliquer la bande de contention sur le muscle ou l'articulation à maintenir. Dans le cas d'une plaie, la couvrir avec une compresse ou un pansement avant d'appliquer la bande.
3- Faire un premier tour avec la bande sans trop serrer.
4- Continuer à appliquer avec suffisamment de tension la bande en cercles partiellement superposés pour permettre le soutien nécessaire.
5- Déchirer la bande et la presser sur elle-même sans exercer de tension.
Pour éviter les problèmes de circulation, n'appliquez pas la bande de façon trop serrée et vérifiez-la régulièrement. Si vous ressentez des fourmillements et des picotements, retirez et réappliquez la bande en exerçant une tension plus légère. Si la douleur persiste, veuillez consulter un médecin.
