1 cube (10 g) for 1/2 L of water. For pasta, rice, and soups: Add the cube(s) directly to boiling water. Simmering: Add the cube(s) to the water for cooking meat, vegetables, and starchy foods. In stir-fries: Crumble the cube directly into the pan. No need to add salt.
