As this product is sourced specifically for your order, it can no longer be cancelled once your order has been paid for.
In rare cases, an item may no longer be available at the time of preparation. If this happens, the item concerned will be removed from the order and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If an unforeseen issue affects your order, we will offer you a €5 gift card per order to thank you for your trust.

In the event of extreme heat, neither the carrier nor we can be held responsible for any alterations caused by ambient temperatures (melting, deformation, texture changes, etc.).

All our orders are shipped from France.
For any delivery outside the European Union, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products can be transported by air (for example, aerosols are not permitted) and comply with the laws and regulations in force in the destination country.
