Appreciated for its complex and rich flavors, our blend combines five types of berries with distinct aromas, creating a perfect balance between spiciness, sweetness, and depth. Composed of black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, pink berries, and allspice, our blend offers a balanced palette, with spicy, fruity, and floral notes, all accompanied by a slight spiciness. A must-have in the kitchen, it brings a subtly spicy and fragrant touch to your dishes: steaks, roast chicken, marinades, fish en croûte, tartare, carpaccio, etc.
