Extra virgin olive oil mechanically extracted cold (formerly first cold pressing) with low acidity composed of Andalusian picual, picudo and hojiblanca grape varieties picked at the beginning of the campaign (richer in antioxidants). The hilly and sun-drenched terroir of the Sierra Subbética (Seville, Cordoba, Malaga) is conducive to the development of intense aromas without bitterness. This oil is not filtered after pressing, it keeps its pulp and vitamins, but a brown deposit will slowly form at the bottom of the bottle, this is natural, it must be discarded. Working with unfiltered olive oils means working only with olive oils guaranteed fresh of the year, which is extremely rare on the French market. Olive oil is, however, a fresh product; oxidation will gradually make it tasteless and then rancid. Strong in taste, this olive oil is reserved for amateurs. The format is economical and eco-responsible, a pouring cap for sale on our site allows you to avoid funnels. Important: eco-responsibility: the legislation imposes an expiration date of 18 months to 24 months but the olive oil can be consumed until it becomes rancid (saturated with oxygen) and therefore bad to the taste but without danger for health, no need to throw it away, it can be used in cooking.
