WHAT I DRINK: Rooibos from South Africa, commonly called red tea. In reality, it is not a tea but a small bush that grows only in South Africa in the Cederberg region, on the mountain plateaus north of the Cape of Good Hope. Rooibos leaves are harvested by hand and then crushed before being fermented. It is caffeine-free and can be consumed in the evening before bed as an infusion. Rooibos offers a beautiful, sweet and aromatic infusion with a coppery red color. Ethiquable has been a partner of the WUPPERTHAL ORIGINAL COOP Producers' Cooperative since 2007 to implement impactful fair trade projects. Traditional hand-harvested.
