This product is sourced on demand. It will therefore be ordered from our supplier once your order has been confirmed.
We prepare each order on demand, allowing us to offer products with the longest possible best-before dates.
This operating method helps avoid overstocking and guarantees optimal freshness.
As this product is sourced specifically for your order, it can no longer be cancelled once your order has been paid for.
In rare cases, an item may no longer be available at the time of preparation. If this happens, the item concerned will be removed from the order and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If an unforeseen issue affects your order, we will offer you a €5 gift card per order to thank you for your trust.

We pay particular attention to the packaging of every order so that your products travel safely and arrive in good condition.
At checkout, you can choose the carrier that best suits your needs.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch: See the Delivery page.
If a product arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible so that we can quickly find a solution. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can track your parcel in real time.

Some products available in our store (such as chocolate, sweets, caramels, aerosols or other temperature-sensitive items) may be affected by high temperatures during transport.
In the event of extreme heat, neither the carrier nor we can be held responsible for any alterations caused by ambient temperatures (melting, deformation, texture changes, etc.).
📌 If a heatwave is forecast in your area, we recommend postponing your order until cooler weather to ensure optimal delivery conditions. We do everything possible to package your products carefully, but weather conditions remain beyond our control once the parcel has been shipped.

All our orders are shipped from France.
For any delivery outside the European Union, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products can be transported by air (for example, aerosols are not permitted) and comply with the laws and regulations in force in the destination country.
The customer is solely responsible for paying any fees, taxes and customs duties that may be applied by local authorities or the carrier upon importation. These charges are not included in the prices displayed on our website.
