Les producteurs ont des cultures diversifiés. Ils cultivent des fruits tropicaux comme l'anans et des épices comme le gingembre. Les fruits et épices sont cueillis à maturité. Récolte de l'ananas de décembre à mars et celle du gingembre du juillet à octobre. Les producteurs travaillent sur la structure et la fertilité des sols avec du bio compost. Les coopératives bénéficient d'un prix équitable de 40% plus élevé que le marché.
