A baker's yeast ideal for breads and brioches, produced in France.

Directions for use: Vahiné traditional baker's yeast needs to be rehydrated before incorporating it into the recipe. Dosage: 1 sachet for approximately 500g of T55 flour.1. Pour the sachet of yeast into 2 tablespoons of water (25g) or warm milk (30°C)2. Let stand for 15 minutes then mix. The yeast is ready, then follow the instructions, respecting the resting times in your recipe. 1 sachet of 8g corresponds to 21g of fresh yeast and is used, once rehydrated, in the same way.
