WHAT I LOVE: Ethiquable's crunchy muesli is generous and indulgent. High in protein with organic oat flakes, yet still indulgent with 14% chocolate chips, 72% Haitian, and puffed quinoa! A treat for breakfast. The chocolate chips come from our Haitian cooperative. A windswept terroir, between the seaside and the hills. The cocoa trees are found in Creole gardens with diverse crops. More added value for Haitian producers who ferment their cocoa beans, an essential step in obtaining a fine and aromatic cocoa. In 2009, FECCANO producers exported the country's first fermented organic cocoa. More than 10 years of fair trade have improved cocoa farmers' incomes and allowed the Haitian origin to be recognized in the world of cocoa. Grown without pesticides or chemicals.
