WHAT I'M DRINK: Tangy lime nectar with a fruit content of 25%. Limes are picked when ripe between January and March. It's an excellent cocktail base or the perfect lemonade to enjoy chilled in the shade. The producers have a diversified agroforestry system. Lemon trees and other fruit trees are part of the agroforestry plots originally dedicated to growing cocoa. The cooperative benefits from a fair price at double the market price. Ethiquable has been working with the producers of the UNOCACE cooperative for many years to implement impactful fair trade projects. Grown without pesticides or chemicals. Grown on a human scale.
