Thanks to ancestral know-how, Garofalo produces pasta of incomparable quality, as tasty as it is elegant. Our pasta is prepared in Gragnano according to our historic traditional methods: Selection of the best wheat, rich in protein, then slow drying of the dough, allowing an incomparable consistency during cooking, and finally production in bronze molds giving the dough its porosity allowing it to capture the sauce.

In Italy, some connoisseurs say that Garofalo Pasta, certified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), is probably the best pasta in the world. Garofalo was founded in 1789 in Gragnano, the birthplace of authentic Italian pasta.
