We prepare each order on demand, allowing us to offer products with the longest possible best-before dates.
This operating method helps avoid overstocking and guarantees optimal freshness.
As this product is sourced specifically for your order, it can no longer be cancelled once your order has been paid for.
In rare cases, an item may no longer be available at the time of preparation. If this happens, the item concerned will be removed from the order and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If an unforeseen issue affects your order, we will offer you a €5 gift card per order to thank you for your trust.

We pay particular attention to the packaging of every order so that your products travel safely and arrive in good condition.

If a product arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible so that we can quickly find a solution. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can track your parcel in real time.

In the event of extreme heat, neither the carrier nor we can be held responsible for any alterations caused by ambient temperatures (melting, deformation, texture changes, etc.).
