Immediate boarding for Reunion Island! For this recipe, I selected a delicious beechwood-smoked sausage, made from pure pork and sourced in France. It's cooked with a tomato sauce delicately seasoned with chili and ginger. For a complete meal, I chose to serve it with colorful and fragrant Creole rice. A balanced recipe, rich in protein and guaranteed to be additive-free.
