WHAT I EAT: Crunchy quinoa, Valle variety. Quinoa is part of the spinach family. This grain is known for its many nutritional qualities. High protein content and gluten-free. Ethiquable has been working with producers from the COPROBICH cooperative since 2005 to implement impactful fair trade projects. Thanks to the remunerative fair trade price, the producers were able to open their own quinoa factory and export a finished product to us. This means much more added value that remains within the producers' cooperative. Grown without pesticides or chemicals. Grown on a human scale. Remunerative fair trade price and direct purchase. Impactful fair trade project. Traceability and transparency of origin: Ecuador. -> More added value for producers who harvest and package the finished product themselves.

Rich in plant-based protein and gluten-free Wash and drain the quinoa. Add 1 part quinoa to 2 parts cold, salted water. The quinoa is cooked in about 15 minutes, when the white germ of the seed is visible.
