Riz complet long grain naturellement parfumé au jasmin du Cambodge. Variété Phka Malis ou fleur de jasmin en Khmer, nous pourrions également l'appeler riz Thaï puisque sa culture s'étend entre la Thaïlande et le Cambodge. Trois fois couronnée Meilleur riz du Monde à la conférence mondial du riz, cette variété n'a qu'une seule récolte par an. Nous le déclinons en trois sorte, blanc, complet, rouge complet. Contrairement au riz blanc, le riz complet n'est pas poli. Le son et le germe sont conservés, il faut prolongez sa cuisson par rapport à un riz blanc. Ethiquable est sur le terrain avec les producteurs de la coopérative PMUAC depuis 2015 pour concrétiser des projets de commerce équitable à impact. Le prix équitable qui valorise leur savoir-faire est de 20% supérieur au marché local.
