Made in Gers: This bar is made in our 100% fair-trade and organic chocolate factory in Gers from cocoa mass produced by the Norandino producers' cooperative in Peru. This unique sector in the world of chocolate gives producers more added value. Fair-trade and organic milk: The fair-trade and organic milk of French origin in this bar is collected in the northwest quarter by the Biolait group of committed farmers. This independent group of the Social and Solidarity Economy managed by producers collects 100% organic milk from family farms located throughout France, including in rural areas with difficult access conditions. On these human-sized dairy farms, the cows graze on maxi pastures, thus producing very high-quality organic milk. Pure cocoa from Peru. We are on the ground with producers from the ALTO URUBAMBA and ORO VERDE cooperatives to bring impactful fair trade projects to life.
