WHAT I BITE: The traditional 65% cocoa dark chocolate with orange peel. These are candied orange peels. A 65% cocoa dark chocolate combining a dual origin from Peru and Haiti for an elegant and aromatic chocolate. We are on the ground with producers from the SOL Y CAFE and NORANDINO cooperatives in Peru and FECCANO in Haiti, to bring fair trade projects to fruition.
