WHAT I DRINK: Oolong tea or Wulong or blue tea is a type of tea obtained through a partial natural oxidation of tea leaves, halfway between green tea, which is not or only slightly fermented, and black tea, whose leaves are fermented. It offers a surprising cup combining floral notes typical of green tea and honeyed notes of black tea. Traditional method of fine hand-picking which preserves the benefits and fragrance of the teas. Only the bud and the first two leaves, which concentrate the aromatic compounds of the teas, are picked. We support the PÔTÔNG TEA GARDEN cooperative to implement fair trade projects with an impact. Organic and fair trade oolong tea, pure origin Nepal Infuse your tea bag for 2-3 minutes in simmering water (80°C)
