Ceylon teas have very varied flavors depending on the terroir, the altitude, and the harvest period. This green tea comes from the Uva region, a mid-altitude region affected by dry winds. Its copper-colored infusion is aromatic with a beautiful vegetal note. It is the result of careful harvesting: only the bud and the first two leaves are taken.
