Traou Mad, literally 'good things' in Breton, continues to make the City of Painters famous, perpetuating the authentic recipe for Fines Galettes and Véritables Palets de Pont-Aven since 1920. But if the recipe for our products remains secret, the origin and quality of our ingredients are not: Fresh butter from Brittany, eggs from hens raised in Brittany, French wheat processed in Brittany and all the other ingredients come from a rigorous selection.
