Traou Mad, littéralement 'choses bonnes' en breton, continue de faire la renommée de la Cité des peintres, perpétuant la recette authentique des Fines Galettes et des Véritables Palets de Pont-Aven depuis 1920. Mais si la recette de nos produits reste secrète, l'origine et la qualité de nos ingrédients ne le sont pas : Du beurre frais de Bretagne, des oeufs de poules élevées en Bretagne, du blé français transformé en Bretagne et tous les autres ingrédients sont issus d'une sélection rigoureuse.
