« Miso shiru » ou « Soupe Miso » est la soupe japonaise traditionnelle. Consommée en début de repas, elle est, à l'instar du riz, un des piliers de l'alimentation japonaise. Le miso, soja fermenté, est dilué dans l'eau et confère à la soupe une jolie couleur en 2 tons : veloutée sur le fond, claire en surface.
